TERMS OF SERVICE
When ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following terms of service:❧ All prices are in EUR and paid upfront via Paypal. If your order is above 200€, a payment plan can be discussed.
❧ Commissions are for personal use only. Do not redistribute, reproduce, or otherwise use any parts of the image for personal profit. You can use the image for personal purposes, i.e. phone wallpaper, using it as an avatar, printing it for yourself or as a gift, uploading the image to your social media, etc. Just credit me if you post the art online.
❧ If you’d like to order art for commercial purposes, contact me and we can discuss that further.
❧ I reserve the right to use any images in personal portfolios or advertising material. I will only create prints or other merchandise of the image with your permission.
❧ I retain the full copyright of the commissioned artwork but I do not claim any ownership of your character.
❧ I reserve the right to decline your commission for whatever reason I wish.
❧ Full refunds will be given before and partial refunds during the sketch phase. After the sketch has been approved, no refunds are available.
❧ Do not use the image for AI art / NFT / crypto purposes.
COMMISSION PROCESS
1. Send me an email at [email protected] with your commission idea. Please include:
- Commission type
- Visual reference for character
- Description of your idea (pose, mood, expression, background)
- Your Paypal email
❧ Feel free to include moodboards, music for inspiration etc.!2. I will accept your commission if I have room.
❧ I'll send you an invoice via Paypal.
❧ After receiving payment, I will start working on your commission!3. I'll typically provide 2-4 options for you during the sketch phase. After the sketch has been approved, I will go on to coloring and rendering the piece.
❧ Be prepared to wait anywhere from 1 to 5 weeks for the finished piece.
❧ Feel free to hit me up and ask for WIP's along the way.4. Once the commission is complete, I will send you the finished artwork!
❧ Minor adjustments/tweaks are possible at this stage, like eye color change, small detail change, etc.
❧ The final file is usually in PNG format, though I can provide a PSD if requested.
Commission Types
❧ EXTRA CHARACTER: +90%
❧ COMPLEX DESIGN (WINGS, DETAILED ARMOUR, EXTRA LIMBS, ETC.): +20%
Experimental sketch
❧ Experimental, sketchy "pay-what-you-want" illustration, where I have creative freedom to play around with style, composition, and other elements based on the prompt + character you give.
❧ Pay-what-you-want starting at 50€ EUR. The more you offer, the higher quality the piece will be.
❧ No communication throughout the process and no revisions. After payment has been sent, I will only deliver the final piece = surprise!
CHARACTER ILLUSTRATION
HEADSHOT: 50e
HALFBODY: 70e
FULLBODY: 90e
❧ Partly rendered illustration of your character with a simple/abstract background.
❧ Focus will be on the character's expression, design, and pose.
❧ Includes one small possible prop or detail, for example, flowers/plants, small creature like a bird or insect, dust particles or feathers, a magic flame etc.
PAINTING
HALFBODY: 170e
FULLBODY: 210e
❧ Fully rendered illustration of your character. Complex background included in price.
❧ Focus will be on mood and portraying the character's essence together with the surrounding environment.
❧ Background can be a natural or artificial environment, or a complex abstract pattern with some prop/design elements. Can also be simple one, but it won't lower the price.
CUSTOM DESIGN
This would be ~285e
SIMPLE STARTING PRICE: 200e
COMPLEX STARTING PRICE: 300e
❧ Custom character design based on a description, keywords, and/or a mood board. Fandom-inspired characters and redesigns also welcomed!
❧ Base price includes 1 fullbody and 1 portrait/closeup, as well as a palette and provided text (if requested).
❧ Additional elements cost:
- Extra fullbody + 40e each
- Extra halfbody + 20e each
- Extra headshot + 15e each
- Extra detail (eyes, scar, mouth, weapon) + 15e each
- 50% off for reused images (for example alternate outfit version)
❧ Comes with simple or no shading.
